Refund Policy

All sales for coaching services are final. By purchasing, clients acknowledge these are personalized, time-based offerings designed exclusively for your goals. Once payment is received, your service package is activated, reserving scheduled time and resources. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for delivered or in-progress services.

If you must reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to attend or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees. Unused packages/services will expire 90 days from the purchase date.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

If client selects a payment plan:

- First payment is due at booking (non-refundable)

- Subsequent payments auto-charge on scheduled dates

- Failure to complete payment plan results in:

- Suspension of coaching services until paid

- No refund for services already rendered

- Forfeiture of remaining sessions if unpaid after 14 days

- Payment plan clients must have valid payment method on file.
