REFUND POLICY

All coaching services offered by Nehemiah’s Ladder are personalized, time-based, and prepared specifically for each client. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before booking.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales for coaching services are final. Once payment is received, your service is activated — reserving Coach’s time, preparation, and resources specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these services, refunds cannot be issued for delivered or in-progress services.

No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused sessions within an active package.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the coaching process and ensure fairness to all clients. Coach’s preparation begins before you walk into the room.

2. Clarity Hour — Cancellation & Rescheduling

Standard policy:

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time

• One reschedule is permitted per booking with 24+ hours notice — rescheduled session must occur within 30 days

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited and non-refundable

• No-shows are forfeited and non-refundable

If Coach cancels:

• Client will be offered the choice of a full reschedule at a mutually agreed time or a full refund

• Coach will provide as much notice as possible and will make every reasonable effort to reschedule

3. The Comeback Program — Refund Terms

Because The Comeback Program involves significant preparation, curriculum delivery, and tool access from the moment of enrollment, the following terms apply:

• Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before Session 1 has taken place may receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal

• Once Session 1 has taken place OR program materials, tools, or access have been provided — whichever comes first — the program fee is non-refundable

• Partial completion of the program does not entitle the client to a partial refund

If you have concerns about the program before purchasing, please schedule a discovery call first. We want to make sure it’s the right fit before you invest.

4. Package Expiration

All purchased service packages must be used within 90 days of the purchase date. Sessions or services not used within this window will expire and are non-refundable.

If you anticipate difficulty scheduling within the 90-day window, please contact Coach in advance to discuss options. Extensions are at Coach’s sole discretion and must be agreed to in writing.

5. Payment Plan Terms

• The first payment is due at booking and is non-refundable under all circumstances

• Subsequent payments auto-charge on the scheduled dates using the payment method on file

• A valid payment method must remain on file for the full duration of the payment plan

If a payment fails or is missed:

• Coaching services will be suspended immediately until payment is received in full

• No refund will be issued for services already rendered

• If payment is not received within 14 days of the missed charge, remaining sessions are forfeited

• Coach reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances

If you anticipate a payment issue, contact Coach before the due date. Proactive communication goes a long way and allows us to find a solution before services are suspended.

6. Termination for Cause

If a coaching engagement is terminated by Coach due to client conduct — including but not limited to harassment, dishonesty, misuse of materials, or repeated non-cooperation — no refund will be issued for services already rendered or remaining unused sessions. 7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing services from Nehemiah’s Ladder, you agree to contact Coach directly at contact@nehemiahsladder.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback for services that were delivered as agreed — or using the threat of a chargeback to obtain refunds or additional services — constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in:

• Immediate termination of all coaching services without refund

• Permanent disqualification from future Nehemiah’s Ladder programs

• Documentation and response to your payment provider contesting the dispute

We take billing disputes seriously and will always work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns. The fastest path to resolution is always a direct conversation.
