What does the process look like?

Once you submit your intake form, you’ll have 45 days to begin your first coaching session. After that, I offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Each session is tailored to your career stage and goals, with assessments, action plans, and honest feedback built in.

Will you guarantee me a job or promotion?

No—and that’s intentional. I don’t sell gimmicks or empty promises. My focus is on equipping you with the mindset, tools, and strategy to position yourself for success. The results come from your effort, clarity, and commitment to the process.

How long is each session?

Each 1:1 session is 45 minutes long. The first session will be roughly around 15min-20min longer at no additional cost.

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes, I provide online coaching sessions for flexibility and convenience, allowing you to connect from anywhere via the intranet. All of my clients who participate in "coaching services" are provided with various ways to communicate with me: text, phone, and email. *I also strongly recommend that consultations be completed via video, but it is at the discretion of my clients.

What if I'm not happy with a produced resume/cover letter/LinkedIn profile?

At Nehemiah’s Ladder, I take pride in delivering strategic, personalized career branding materials. Once your resume has been submitted—along with any requested revisions to your cover letter or LinkedIn profile—no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures clarity and protects the integrity of the service.

To get the best results, I strongly encourage you to complete the intake form thoroughly before work begins. Your responses directly shape the final product and are essential to crafting materials that reflect your strengths and goals.

All finalized resumes are delivered in two formats:

• Microsoft Word (.docx) for easy editing and ATS compatibility

• Adobe PDF (.pdf) for polished presentation and sharing

If you have concerns or need adjustments, I offer one round of revisions to ensure alignment with your goals.

I understand that things come up; therefore, you will not lose a credit/session for the 1st reschedule. If you are running late for an appointment, please try to communicate it sooner rather than later, and I will do my best to accommodate you without compromising my schedule. I will try to be as flexible as possible.
