Can you rewrite my resume?

I don't offer standalone resume writing. Resume strategy and optimization are included in The Comeback Program, where I critique your resume with insider recruiter feedback and show you exactly what to fix. This approach gets better results because we're addressing the full strategy—not just the resume.

What's your coaching style?

Direct, strategic, and grounded. I'm not here to give you generic motivation—I give you the insider recruiting strategies that actually work. I'm also faith-rooted (hence the name Nehemiah's Ladder), but my coaching is practical and results-focused.

Do you work with clients outside of the DMV area?

Yes! While I specialize in the DMV market (defense, aerospace, tech, cybersecurity), I work with clients nationwide who are targeting DMV-area roles or remote positions with employers headquartered here. All coaching is virtual, via Zoom.

What if I need a few more additional weeks?

For clients who want ongoing strategic support as they execute my signature programs, are welcomed to inquire via email.

Do you help with federal goverment resumes?

No, and here's why: Federal resumes (USAJobs applications) require specialized knowledge of ECQs, KSAs, and federal hiring processes that I don't specialize in. It would be a disservice to you for me to fumble through something I'm not an expert in. I focus on what I know best: corporate careers, defense contractors, and private sector roles. For federal roles, I recommend finding a certified federal resume writer who lives and breathes that system. If you're looking to transition out of the federal government, lets talk.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients land interviews within 2-3 weeks and offers within 4-8 weeks of starting The Comeback Program. The Clarity Hour gives you immediate direction but no ongoing support.

What if I get an offer before the 4 weeks are up?

Even better! If you land an offer during The Comeback Program, I'll help you negotiate it in real-time at no extra charge. We'll use our remaining sessions to prepare you for your new role or continue building your long-term career strategy.
